Order Processing Times
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Times & Costs
We ship from our Illinois based fulfillment centers, and shipping rates/times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Typical delivery times within the continental United States are 2–5 business days.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Wrong Address / Address Changes
Please double-check your address. Once an order is shipped, we're unable to change the address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We're unable to investigate or replace orders reported outside this window. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we'll help however we can.
